Jonne Ceserani I am a business facilitator, coach and trainer and MD of Power & Grace.  I had 12 years experience as a partner with Synectics Europe and prior to that 12 years experience as a line manager and professional manager with DuPont (UK) Ltd. I have worked with a diverse range of companies in the private and public sector, including Mars, Unilever, Coca-Cola, Walkers Snack Foods, Disney, Johnson & Johnson, Barclays, BBC, Sainsbury's, Wrexham Borough, The Technology Strategy Board and the NHS. Results have included doubling retail income in 18 months, halving meeting times and getting projects to completion on time and on budget. I have worked with all functions in organisations, Main Board, Finance, Sales, Marketing, Operations, R&D and Human Resources.

My skills are diverse and include being an accomplished Synectics facilitator, a Neuro Linguistic programming (NLP) Master Practitioner, an accredited Lumina Spark Practitioner, accredited Emotional Intelligence practitioner and Prince2 accredited project manager.

These skills are used in order to work with my clients in flexible ways to help them achieve specific personal and business goals, working in the Boardroom, the warehouse and all places in between:

• Helping leaders to innovate and develop creative problem solving & innovation as a sustainable capability in their firms
• Helping managers to develop leadership skills and capabilities
• Working as a coach one on one with employees at any level
• Helping people to plan design and facilitate meetings and projects in order to get diverse groups working collaboratively to invent something new.  This may be strategy, products, services or the organisation
• Training people helping them to get new skills and find new ways of working that are sustainable when this is desired

Seminars have been presented for Association of MBA's (AMBA), University of Manchester Institute of Science and Technology, (UMIST), London Business School, Warwick Business School, Loughborough University, Aston Business School, The Marketing Society.  I am happiest delivering entertaining and interactive seminars to involve people and ensure everyone leaves with some new ideas to use.

I am a 'debunker' of life.  In a messy complex world I present ideas simply using straight forward language so that broad groups of people can get a common understanding of tools, techniques and structures for understanding themselves, understanding one another and working together collaboratively.

If I am not working I like to be active.  My wife and I live in the peak district where we enjoy our wood & meadow, a great way to stay fit.  I also enjoy hill walking, sailing, skiing, good food and wine.
